Meet Our Leadership
Ross Wycoff
Ross oversees the management of the company along with its real estate investments. This includes the acquisition, financing, design, and coordination of all Wycoff affiliated master-planned developments and investment properties. Ross has a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.
Tony Spencer
Tony manages the day-to-day operations of the construction and project management divisions. This includes oversight of the operations, banking, legal, and financial matters concerning the organization. Tony has a degree in engineering and over 30 years of experience in developing, building, and managing residential and commercial real estate assets.
John Wycoff
John leads the overall vision of the company and facilitates and maintains the company's banking and long-standing client relationships. John works closely with Tony Spencer in day-to-day operations of the construction company. John has been an entrepreneur from an early age, starting in the residential construction and remodeling business in the late 1970's and growing his company into the organization it is today. John has a degree in architecture, with honors, from the University of Houston.
